Dick Williams - During the last 18 years, I have placed hundreds of  executives, professional sales and marketing managers, technical directors, process and design engineers and field service engineers  with many of the semiconductor equipment companies throughout the world.  Prior to beginning DWA, I had over thirty years of Sales, Marketing and Operations experience with a variety of process equipment and instrumentation companies. A graduate of the University of Nebraska, I served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps in the early 1960's.

Kenn Giles - Joined DWA in 1997, is one of the founders of Silicon Valley Group.  Kenn's extensive equipment experience includes  positions at Electroglas, IMS (GCA), II Industries (Kasper & Cutler-Hammer), Corotek, National Semiconductor, Ultratech Stepper and Systems Chemistry. As Senior Vice-President of Sales at SVG, Kenn directed one of the industry's most professional sales forces in the selling of photoresist track systems and vertical diffusion furnaces.  He is an alumnus from the University of North Carolina is an avid golfer.

David Lambert - a sales and marketing executive with over 20 years of experience in high technology factory automation, robotics and motion control – applied to more than 30 industries. He has recruited, trained and managed national and international sales forces in North America, Europe and Asia – as Director of Sales at Thomson and VP of Sales and Marketing with THK Inc. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan. In addition he has 8 years prior Plant Management operations experience with NSK. David is an avid photographer and motor racing fan.
